XDEM Towards Additive Manufacturing

Often referred to as 3D printing, Additive Manufacturing (AM) techniques are more and more employed because of their advantages for both parts design and production flexibility that offer material and productivity gains. In AM, density and density distribution of final parts are key aspects in determining the final product quality. With the XDEM simulation framework, such key aspects can be studied.
